Chef Ginger draws her inspiration from her Italian mother’s love and respect for fresh, quality ingredients.
She grew up in the small town of Pearblossom California surrounded by acres of organic fruit and vegetables, that’s where her passion for
“Farm to Table” cooking was firmly planted.

She was formally trained by multiple culinary and nutrition schools, which gave her a classic foundation. With more than 15 years of experience teaching cooking classes, as an executive chef, catering events, and as a personal chef to celebrities and high-end clients, her healthy, delicious meals cater to any palate and dietary needs.

Chef Ginger’s main ingredient has always been “Love”.
